Overview
The personal wellness support group focuses on a wholistic pathway for each member that focuses on 8 personal practices for improved mental wellness:
1. Gratitude
2. Emotional regulation
3. Personal beliefs
4. Thought reframing
5. Core values
6. Boundaries
7. Healthy goals
8. Community
The support group lasts 9 weeks, and is conducted in person and online.
Group Structure
Attendance
Group members can either join online or in person. We usually have 4-12 members per group. Members are not required to attend every week if they have to miss a group.
Style
The facilitator will share on the topic for that group for 5-8 minutes. After that, group members will shard on their personal experiences. goals and insights.
Purpose
The goal for a community support group is to create a relational space where others feel empowered while learning and growing.
Boundaries
Members are not allowed to give advice or problem solve. Everyone is encouraged to share their own experiences. Outward faced opinions or suggestions toward others is not allowed in the support group context.

Group Fee: $25 per person
This covers all materials for the 9 week group

Partner with a Personal Wellness Coach
A personal wellness coach can sit down with you to help you unwind and regain peace of mind in a grace-filled approach.
Personal sessions can be conducted online or in person, and last 60 minutes. You and your coach can decide together how often you prefer to meet, and sessions can be easily scheduled on our website.
